We can do damage assessments in case of damage caused by airlines or other transporters on your luggage. The price for this is € 15.

Please send a rough description of damage including photos (taken from ~1m distance) to email damage assessment. Execution is done by our network partner „Katholischer Männer-Fürsorgeverein München“, they will reply.

Please take note:

• We stand for repair - please do not expect us to issue a certificate of non-repairability, if the suitcase still can reasonably be saved,
• we do not trade in suitcases, so we do not know their new prices. We cannot provide information on the new or current value; if necessary, we will include your value details in the report.
